Hangin' With Friends - 2010 Summer Program
A community based program for teens
Focusing on the development of social language skills and problem solving within the community, students will learn how to be part of a group, plan an outing, take public transportation, hidden rules and fine art of texting, safety tips, as well as learn the “hidden rules” associated with being out in the community with friends. This week long program is ideal for those who exhibit the following:
- All Autism Spectrum Diagnosis (ASD): Asperger's Syndrome (AS), Pervasive Developmental Disorder-Not otherwise Specified (PDD-NOS) and Autism.
- Non-verbal Learning Disability (NLD)
- Attention Deficit Disorder, with or without hyperactivity (ADD, ADHD)
- Persons without a diagnostic label who have Social Thinking Challenges
Hangin’ with Friends will be held with a minimum of 4 students per session and is ideal for students in Middle to High School.

Session I - 6/21/10 thru 6/25/10 (NOW FULL!)
Mon-Fri 1:00 - 4:-00
Session III - 6/21/10 thru 6/25/10 (NOW FULL!)
Mon-Fri 5:00 - 8:00
Session II - 7/26/10 thru 7/30/10 (Space is still available!)
Mon - Fri 1:00-4:00
Fee: $550.00/per session
$900.00 for both
